BOTTLE
Wine begins to oxidise the moment it is opened. So you can enjoy it from the first aromas to the way it changes over time, we mainly serve by the bottle — opened right in front of you.
CELLAR
From purchase and transport to storage, every bottle is kept below 14°C — so it stays in good condition to the very last glass.
CHOICE
Bottles from ¥8,800, or wine by the glass from ¥1,100 per person. The owner, a former buyer, picks a bottle for your taste and budget with a buyer’s eye. First-time guests are always welcome.
*If a bottle is too much, we also pour a red and a white of the day by the glass.
